Dr. Frejowski specializes in conducting litigation before common courts and in domestic and international commercial arbitration. He has over 20 years of professional experience in providing corporate services to capital market operators, including public companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and New Connect. He advises fund managers, investment fund companies and brokerage houses. He is the author or co-author of over a dozen articles related to international commercial arbitration, securities markets, energy law and sports law. Holder of Scholarships of the Dutch Queen, the Académie de droit international de La Haye, EUI in Florence.

Dr. Kołodko has over twenty years of professional experience in advising and servicing corporate and commercial law companies, as well as practicing criminal law, administrative law and legal proceedings - in particular the construction process. She has authored many scientific publications in the fields of human rights and sports arbitration, as well as co-authoring international publications on Polish family businesses. Dr. Kołodko is a speaker at numerous national and international scientific conferences and is a former university lecturer.

Dr. Pisz is an assistant Professor at the Department of Human Rights at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He specializes in advisory roles regarding public law (in particular administrative and constitutional law) and investment and real estate law. He has many years of professional experience obtained in renowned international and domestic law firms. Author of numerous legal publications, including several monographs and an academic textbook, he has received numerous awards, scholarships and distinctions for his activity in the field of legal sciences.

Damian completed postgraduate studies in public procurement law at the Warsaw School of Economics. He advises clients (both public and private parties) in the field of contract law, public procurement law and civil and administrative procedures, with an emphasis on comprehensive legal services for construction industry business entities applying for public contracts and implementing infrastructure investments. He supports his clients in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and represents them in civil commercial disputes pending at common or arbitration courts, proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber as well as public administration bodies and administrative courts.

Kamila specializes in corporate law, with particular emphasis on up-to-the-minute advice for start-up founders and investors. She advises on scope of investment contracts, shareholder agreements and legal securities of receivables payments. Additionally, she has extensive experience in conducting litigation. She previously led a law firm’s department, which was seconded to the legal support of an insurance company, supervising several hundred court proceedings.

Filip has over 10 years of experience in strategic consulting for enterprises within the scope of new technologies and innovations, including creating and servicing blue chip and G2G projects. He has extensive experience in representing entities at the European, domestic and local-government level as well as negotiating with financial institutions and market regulators on projects of CAPEX, up to $1billion within the domains of: biocomponents and biofuels, conventional and renewable energy, road infrastructure, rail transportation, ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity, investment funds and arts and culture.

She specializes in banking, tax and corporate law. Her extensive experience is in cases related to the matter of loans denominated and indexed to foreign currencies with particular emphasis on the issue of abusive clauses. She also deals with issues related to the interest rate reference index for Polish zloty (WIBOR).

He specializes in the protection of borrowers against unfair practices of banks in the scope of credit agreements - both PLN ones and those containing a conversion mechanism to a foreign currency. He also deals with issues of corporate law, commercial law, new technologies (including blockchain technology), financial law, banking law, medical law and classic civil law.

Jolanta is an expert in the field of tax law, labor law and accounting. She has long standing experience in financial management of Polish and international corporations, as well as in financial restructuring, obtaining funds for large business projects and creating financial models and economic analysis of investment plans. In addition, she creates and manages HR structures and internal control systems, and implements complex systems of HR and payroll (TETA) as well as financial and accounting (ORACLE, SAP, DYNAMICS).
